Spares Manual & Portal Profile

We provide a dedicated portal of spares and water saving products. The portal is bespoke to each hotel engineer with unique log-ins meaning you can access and monitor each hotel’s order history, complete spares catalogue and water audit results.

Clean & Refresh

The process of cleaning and sanitising shower handsets and hoses is a key element of a hotel managers guide to controlling Legionnaire’s disease, often conducted on a quarterly basis. We have been undertaking market research with several hotels and have equally been working with product manufacturers to find a solution to the cleaning and sanitising of handsets and shower heads.

We are proud to introduce a one-of-a-kind service, a solution for the cleaning and sanitising of shower heads, handsets and hoses. We propose two different options; a rental programme whereby you rent the showering products from us or the cleaning & sanitising of existing products in the property.

A fixed scheduled would be outlined as part of the rental agreement with the hotel, with recommended practice being a quarterly cleaning & sanitising cycle. All cleaning will be the responsibility of the WOBS team and will be undertaken, complying with the manufacturers and environmental recommendations. We will be able to provide an audit trail by hotel of when the products have been cleaned & sanitised and the annual cleaning schedule established.
